Smartwax uses exclusively FedEx Ground.

Quoted shipping and handling charges are for orders shipped within the Continental US Only. Please contact us via e-mail for International shipping and handling charges as well as charges to Hawaii and Alaska.

Delivery Time: If the order is received before 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on a regular working day - the shipment usually goes out the same day. If the order is received after 10:00 AM PST the order will be shipped same day or next business day.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with smartwax, within 60 days of the date printed on your invoice, you may e-mail us at returns@smartwax.com  and request a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” number to return the product.

A copy of the original invoice and a copy of the charge slip must be included to receive a credit to the correct account. All items returned must be returned in their original packaging. The purchaser assumes the responsibility for the cost of shipping both ways. If the item is damaged during the return shipping process, the purchaser must file any claim necessary with the shipper to receive a reimbursement.
